I have been selling real estate in northern Emmet County since 1986.  During that tine I have been fortunate to work with some of the finest associates in the business.  I have also been able to help hundreds knowledgeable buyers and sellers in their real estate needs.

From 1986 to 1988 I was with Coldwell Banker Schmidt in the Petoskey office where I was Rookie of the Year in 1987, Salesperson of the Month for 6 consecutive months, and top salesperson in the office in 1988.

In 1989 I moved to Birchwood Realty, at the main gate to Birchwood.   This is currently the Coldwell Banker Schmidt Harbor Springs office, where I currently work.  While at Birchwood Realty I was the top salesperson in the office in 1989, 1990, and 1992.

From 1994 to 2004 I was at Re/Max in Harbor Springs where I was the top realtor in 1994,1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, and 2000. 

In 2004 I co-founded and was President of Harbor Springs Realty.

Coldwell Banker Schmidt bought out Harbor Springs Realty in 2008 and I moved back to the main gate at Birchwood.
