March Sales Statistics For our 5 County AreaWhat a great time to be a buyer!
Here are the homes sold report from the Traverse Area Association of Realtors. It appears that the greatest decrease in sales are from $180,000 to $400,000. This report shows a significant decrease in the average and median price of homes compared to previous years.
